Why Teambuilding on a sailboat?
A unique form of outdoor training requires the employees to come up with unconventional solutions to the given tasks, creativity and communication among team members.
The programme is interactive, fully engaging all those on board. The participants will be divided into groups of 4 or 6 members, depending on the type of a sailboat. Ten First 35 and ten First 45 sailboats are available. Each group will be assigned a sailboat and will be accompanied by a professional skipper. The skipper will first explain how to navigate the sailboat to each of the group members and will then leave it up to the crew to organise themselves and get to an agreed location. The skipper stays on board throughout the cruise and in case of bad weather or any unexpected situations will take over the navigation of the sailboat.
During the three-days cruise, the participants of the team-building programme will face situations they have not experienced before. They will work in an unfamiliar environment with colleagues whom they might know only by sight. The main aim of this outdoor programme is active recreation and relaxation and both mental and physical regeneration. These outdoor activities will enable your employees to improve their understanding of themselves and of each other.

A SAMPLE TEAM-BUILDING PROGRAMME
See what the timing and content of your trip may look like. The participants will be tasked with finding their way from Point A, our marina in Kastela, near Split, to a predetermined spot using their skills. It will be up to them to divide responsibilities on board. They will be given food and drink for the three-day trip and will have to decide for themselves how to divide to make it last the duration of the experience.

Price calculation
The total price of this sample outdoor programme is EUR 699 (VAT excl) per person. The participants are responsible for their own transportation to Kaštela.
The price includes:
